* The Summit registration fee covers all plenary and parallel sessions, and congress credentials and Lunch

Summit speakers, moderators and organizers can register for free. For further information regarding the free registration, please contact to info@welsummit.org .

There are reduced rates for the following categories:

1. Students, academic, experts, researchers – 150TL (fixed rate)
2. KAGİDER members - 450TL (fixed rate)
3. Groups more than 10 people - 450TL (fixed rate)
4. JUMP members - 450TL (fixed rate)
5. Members of Turkish Chambers of Commerce - 450TL (fixed rate)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Made Refund Arrangement
Before April 5th, 2009 100% Refund of Deposit
From April 6st through May 10th 50% Refund of Deposit
After May 11th, 2009 No Refunds

All refunds will be processed after the Summit 2009.

All cancellations must be sent in writing to KAGIDER by email, fax or mail provided on the Contact page
